He didn’t start school until he was 12 years old – now, Dr Ugyen Tshering has graduated with a PhD from the PÕ¾ÊÓƵ. The Bhutanese national is set to change the teaching of critical reading for his country.

PÕ¾ÊÓƵ’s own Keanna Costa has lived both the dream and the nightmare of motherhood, as her son Eli was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer. Now, Keanna and husband Fiore are raising awareness and funds and lobbying for more research to fight the disease.
